Palma Nova and Magalluf form one of the most
widespread resorts from the Island of Majorca. Both are situated in the
sprawling municipality of Calvia. Palma Nova combines excellent beaches and
coves, quality accommodations and first class services for all kinds of
tourism. Palma Nova also comprises excellent restaurants and high-class
facilities. It encompasses 3 beaches, namely the Son Maties Beach, the
Carregador Beach and the Palma Nova Beach. All 3 are flanked by pine and palm
trees lined by the promenade. Their waters are calm and clear. You can benefit
of all the imaginable services that are meant to enhance your comfort. The
water sports facilities are numerous too. Mini-cruises, jet-skis, motorcycles,
parasailing and diving are all practicable on all 3 beaches.
Another trio is represented by the Cala
Comptessa, Punta des Bufador and Playa d’Illetes. In this case, there is just
one beach that forms a triangle of touristic places from the Island of Majorca.
Commonly known as Illetes, this beach has an unusual form of an U and it is
surrounded by pine trees. People usually choose it for sunbathing but also for
underwater sports. The access to the villas in Majorca by car is easy as long as you follow the signs.
The private parking lot can be used for free. It is located in a small park,
next to the beach.
