Majorca’s Sierra de Tramuntana Beaches

Calobra Sa is one of the most visited places from the Island of Majorca. Thanks to the beauty of its landscape, its popularity was high since the beginning of tourism on this island. The beach is located in the heart of Sierra de Tramuntana and it is reachable by car from a narrow road. Soller and Lluc are the closest settlements to Calobra Sa. The road is descending towards the sea and it is formed of incredible successions of curves.

The first facility situated at the end of the narrow road is a parking lot. This is because few people choose to walk to this beach. Also, few tourists choose boat rides from Soller to the beach. Calobra Sa is quite rocky and it has boulders on its shore. It is connected to another small portion of pebble beach where a choral concert is held once per year in July.

Cala Tuent is another beach connected to Calobra Sa. This beach is also spectacularly beautiful mainly because of its location at the foot of the mountains. It is surrounded by a thick pine forest and by some summer houses built back in the sixties. Its seabed is also rocky and it is larger in comparison with Calobra Sa.

If your villas in Majorca for rent is next to these beaches, do not hesitate to plan a daytrip and visit them.
